The bbq got lit for our huge crew of volunteers today. We served a BBQ’d carrot, beetroot & onion salad with green lentils, @kindlingtrust greens and a roasted garlic and tahini dressing.

Thank you @bruntwoodscitech for inviting us to cater the opening of their new science lab last week. - Potato doughnut with wild garlic aioli and garden herbs - Our house ricotta, cured ham and rhubarb sugar - @stockportfungi oyster mushroom puree
Wild garlic aioli is a new edition on the hash today. AND it’s the first time this year our green sauce is made completely from herbs grown in our garden which has made us very happy. Thanks @unicorngrocery for the herb plug up until this point
